Synopsis

Foxy operates a trolley. He tries to pick up a hippo, but finds she is too heavy to get on and pokes her with a pin to deflate her, which doesn't go over well. Next, Foxy picks up his girlfriend, and they travel until they find a cow blocking the road. After going under it, Foxy falls out of the trolley. Once he gets back on it, he and his girlfriend find themselves on an out-of-control trolley ride...that is, until Foxy wakes up and finds that the whole thing was a dream.

From Ethanimation21 :

I guess if there is a point to this is that no matter what happens, keep smiling. And that's why there is no real conventional plot here. The main character (who is sort of mouse-like) just goes about his business, flirting with his girlfriend, driving his train/trolley, meeting obstacles along the way. But the song really takes over everything. Quite a typical 1931 cartoon where sound had transcended animation.
