  1. General Info

The site has been down for a bit. We've managed to get it back up but the message boards is still having problems. It began when we tried to update to the new version of the message board software which, unfortunately, does not play well with others.

In the meantime, we've installed the new software on a temporary server so you can still use the message board. You can find it here. We'll try to get it incorportated into the site as soon as we can, but please bear with us while we try to sort things out!

Reviews and Comments

From Bryan Hensley :

This short came exclusively with the DVD and Blu-ray releases of WALL-E! BURN-E is a lightpost-fixing bot, getting his posts from the SUPPLY-R bot. One pickle after another with WALL-E and EVE trying to save the Axiom got him in trouble. Near the end, BURN-E was locked out of the ship, and he couldn't stand it! Once the Axiom went into Hyperjump, he held on to the ship for his dear life! He was humming Beethoven's Ode To Joy when he was fixing the post, and the end credits had the real thing in them! Anyway, once the Axiom landed on Earth, BURN-E was relieved for a moment, until he saw other bots outside with him! The poor bot was going out of his mind! At the very end of the short, SUPPLY-R was patting BURN-E was said to him "There, there." I hope this short ends up on the second volume of Pixar's Short Films Collection, once there's enough material for it. If you love the movie WALL-E, you'll also love BURN-E! It's one doozy of a great job for the folks at Pixar!
