Synopsis

Tired of Felix stealing his hot dogs, a butcher traps the cat in a box and tosses it in the ocean. The cat breaks out of the box but is eaten by a fish, who swims to Iceland. The fish is caught by an Eskimo, and Felix crawls out of the fish's carcass. He is then chased by a penguin, a seal, and a polar bear. After being chased onto an ice floe, he freezes. Back at home, the ice man brings a block of ice--containing Felix!
