Synopsis

Magoo mistakes a bowling alley ad in the newspaper as a liquor ad with his face on it and goes down to complain. Along the way, he buys a wind-up toy (confused for a clock) packaged in gift box and when he arrives at the paper, the noise from the toy in the box is mistaken for a ticking time bomb and now everyone thinks Magoo is a mad bomber.
