A huge storm causes a blackout at Human Resources causing the monster to be unable to open portals to Earth and Gavin, Pete, the Shame Wizard, Petra, Walter, and Dante go to solve the problem. Becca, Doug and their spouses meet during the storm and tensions rise on account of Emmy and Rochelle. Maury gets pregnant but Connie is incredibly apprehensive about parenthood but things may change when Connie tries to save Maury when he gets trapped in the bathroom. Joe and Gil try to eat all of the food in the fridge during the blackout.
