From Patrick Malone :

Another good enough outing for Goofy as he purchases an Ajax spy kit to find out if the neighbor across the street is spying on him. The writers have not tried to be overly clever with the spy gadgets (which could have killed a short of this type) and instead just let Goofy be himself. The credit card gag was a nice surprise. And, although it was presented as a "how-to" short, the way it works out at the end shows that it did actually have a plot after all. Goofy himself seems to be a good mix of the older "classic" Goofy and the newer "Goof Troop" personality. Works for me!

From J. D. Weil :

I don't care what anybody says about this one; I liked it. Goofy's no 007, but he's funnier to watch.

From Joey Struss :

Clarabelle Cow's first appearence was beautiful! She made the whole episode! Clarabelle needs to be in more shorts ... maybe with Minnie and Daisy!

From Irina Dell :

The short is very cool. I liked Goofy's music at the beginning. Another surprise for me was Clarabelle's collection of photos. And it was cool to see Goofy's reaction for this. I give 10 to this short! My favorite.
