Inside Jokes
In an early scene, you can see names on the bar room door frame, Friz, Ted and P. J. referring to Friz Freleng, Ted Pierce and Paul Julian who worked on the short.
Later on, one of the buidings has a sign that reads "Ken Champin, Veterinary."
On another one of the buildings, there's a sign that reads "G. Chiniquy, Blacksmith" in reference to animator Gerry Chiniquy
