Synopsis

In World War II, women are hard at work--but who can mind their kids while they're away? Porky Pig is the answer, and he offers to take on a hard-working welder's child. He relies on a child psychology book for help, but the child proves to be difficult to deal with. In the end, the mother returns home and applies the book to her child's rear!
