This short was okay, but it wasn't one of my favorites. Most of this short focuses on Pluto and Figaro fighting. When they are not fighting, they are being put to sleep by the "sanddog" and "sandcat" who are apparently Chinese since they both wear those Chinese hats.

Here's another one of those shorts that I call the "shut eye" cartoons. All Pluto wanted was to take a rest, but Figaro kept on bugging him. On a scale of 1-10 this short gets a 1!

This cartoon is okay. Not a favorite of mine but Figaro is funny in here. The sanddog & sandcat bit got old after a while.
