Synopsis

Lulu is having a birthday party. She goes around town, trying to invite her friends, but they all claim they can’t come over. She decides to invite her enemies, Gloria, Wilbur, and Johnny instead, all of who accept her offers. After receiving her presents, Lulu receives a phone call from Tubby, who seems to be on his deathbed. They make their way over to his house, where he reveals that it was all a trick and that all her friends were able to come to the party after all.
