Synopsis
-
While Lulu and Mrs. Moppet are at Mr. Kwell's antique store, Georgie, his son, accidentally sells a priceless vase to them for only $1.50. Desperate to get it back, Mr. Kwell convinces Mrs. Moppet that the vase she bought was a cheap one and offers to exchange it for a more valuable one (in actuality, the cheap one). Mrs. Moppet sends Lulu to pick it up. On her way, she encounters Wilbur Van Snobbe, who puts the vase on her head and handcuffs her. While struggling to balance the vase, she is broadcast on television, much to the chagrin of Mr. Kwell.
