Synopsis
-
A dog named Joe and a rose are in love with each other, but that love is constantly threatened by a malicious crow who attacks them almost every day and night, with Joe defending the rose at every turn. Eventually, Joe, who has gone blind, manages to defeat the crow once and for all; but when he reunites with the rose, he dies from the severe injuries he has sustained out of his love for the rose, with the rose herself following as winter begins to arrive.
