During the scenes for That's My Weakness Now edits are shown before and after the song. This was done years prior to UM&N and was done by the Fleischers themselves as these edited scenes clearly state that Betty was doing an imitation of Helen Kaine. Long story short, it was due to the Helen Kaine lawsuit, and they felt that had the scenes be left uncut, they would have lost the case against them. That goes for Betty Boop's Rise to Fame as well
