Synopsis

After Abe has a bad heart-attack, he tells Homer that he has a long lost brother in Detroit. His brother, Herbert Powell is the successful CEO of Powell Motors. His company is in the middle of a crisis and needs to come up with a new hit to save them from their foreign competitors. Homer is just the guy to design the perfect economy-model car for the average American.
