Synopsis

After The Inspector lets Louie Le Fink escape, The Commissioner suspends him from the force. But Louie Le Fink is after the Commissioner for sending him up the river and The Inspector does what he can to protect the Commissioner despite being suspended but his slip ups in protecting him causes him to be public enemy number 1!
