From Justin Delbert :

Distributed by Warner Bros and was part of the Warner Bros. Cartoon theatrical package. However, this was an independent film not produced by the studio making Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies at that time and therefore never made it onto any TV package even to this day (though with Me TV.....who knows what rabbit they may pull out of the hat). This is more of a political cartoon in part produced by the infamous Bill Cosby and was anti-war at a time of Vietnam. Personally, I think we should make peace not war, but that's a different story. Too bad Mr. Cosby, well, you know.... It was not made easily available until 2011 as part of the Looney Tunes Platinum Collection.
