This is one of my favorite Goofy cartoons. Goofy's wife is going somewhere and leaves Goofy at home to tend to the household chores. I enjoy the part where Goofy leaves the phone off the hook and an operator hears a radio soap opera where a man is trying to kill a woman. She thinks it's real and phones the police.

My personal favorite of The Goof's domestic comedies, this short finds our hero minding the house while his wife is out for the day. With Goofy in charge, anything that could possibly go wrong does, and then some, with some pretty hilarious results. Some of the funniest gags center around the corny radio program which Goofy ends up listening to. This short is definitely a must see, especially for Goofy fans.

Never leave Goofy to look after the house. That is what Goofy's wife does and in doing so the Goof has the house in shambles. I hope that family was insured. I thought this cartoon was funny and I liked the scene where a salesman comes to the door.
