Synopsis

A mother leaves her baby at the doorstep of Oswald's wax works. He decides to take him in. That night, the kid sneaks down and witnesses many wax figures of famous people who come to life. Eventually, the kid is captured by wax figures of the Universal monsters and is coated in wax. Oswald runs down to save the kid, but he is also captured. Eventually, it is revealed that the whole experience was a dream.
