Synopsis

Fry puts a metal popcorn pan in the microwave during a supernova, causing the Planet Express crew to travel back to Roswell in 1947, where they cause the Roswell incident of 1947: Bender’s body is mistaken for a spaceship, and Zoidberg is thought to be the alien. Meanwhile, Fry meets—and later accidentally kills—his grandfather Enos Fry.
