Synopsis

Porky's dog, Flat Foot Flookey, follows him to the Snappy Rubber Company. Since no dogs are allowed, Porky makes him stay outside, but the dog sneaks in and falls in a vat of rubberizing solution, which makes his entire body rubbery. Porky's boss tries to throw the dog out, but he just bounces back!
