Grat Britian The Thief and the Cobbler 1992 Director Richard William's work in progress see the documentary Persistance of vision and the website Orange Cow fourms about this film

USA The Princess and the Cobbler 1993 Fred Calvert, Completion Bond Company and Allied Filmakers cut. They musicalized and Disneyfied it, which Richard did not want for his film berfore he was fired.
This version was only seen in Austrilia and South Africa. Outside the Miramax achives in the USA it exists as screener tape with a timecode.

USA Arabian Knight 1995 Miramax cut. Recut and even more Talkitive redub of The Fred Calvert, Completion Bond CO/Allied Filmakers cut. with more star power voiceovers added.

Metamorphoses 1978 any home video version of this film has opening and end credits stretched and the rest of the film paned and scaned

Japan/USA metamorphoses 1978 orginialy 89 mins long with rock music in 70 mm, no home video release of any kind exist of this lost version.

Japan/USA Winds of Change 1978 reissue and redit with disco music and with the voice of Peter Ustinov. 10 mins was cut 70mm

Japan Orpheus of the stars 1978
this version is a different Winds of Change edit, a bit longer with shots and scenes from the Metamorphoses version. 70mm
