Does anyone know if any of the people who worked on the 1930s-1950s Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies are still alive? Anyone from a director to an assistant to an inker to anyone.

The only one who I can think of is Willie Ito, who worked whuck Jones on some of his 1950s cartoons as an assistant.

I made a topic about this years ago when GAC was still open. Obviously, it's way out of date by now. (at the time, Rudy Larriva was still alive, if that's any indication)

Art Leonardi is still alive. He's gotta be in his '80s by now, though...

Jerry Eisenberg, who replaced Willie Ito as Ken Harris's assistant in the late 50s, is alive as well.

Oh, yeah, forgot about him. He’s more remembered for his DFE work, though. Also, welcome to the forums!
