Cartoon Monsoon is a 2003-2004 animated showcase show like What A Cartoon. It had 19 pilots made by people like Matt Danner, Paul Dini, Mike Disa, Darin McGowan, Roman Laney, Mark Osborne and J.G. Orrantia. They even had voice talent like Grey DeLisle, Steve Blum, Tom Kenny, Kath Soucie, Khary Payton, Phil LaMarr and Tara Strong. I remember watching those on the old website in 2003 and 2004. What I do know is that Go Go Moba Boy, Boogies, Gorilla Girl and Edgar and the Voyagers almost made it into Kids WB series with Moba Boy getting an extended pilot.
