Finished going through the set, I don't have anyway to rip shorts, I can't share photos directly, but assure me when I say they all look stunning and really good. Audio was consistently great throughout though starting with King Sized Canary some sound like Turner Audio but appear not to be when I checked. Crackpot Quail still has the photoshopped titles and does use Turner Audio on the titles. Here's a short write up for the main show, PS means Perfect Standards for when a short looks as beautiful as expected without having much to say:
Quick Quality Notes: Nothing is censored, or added. The ones seen as reissues are still reissues, and ones with original titles are still original titles
Blitz Wolf: Unavoidable Dupe is VERY noticeable, by the treaty everything goes to normal and is as beautiful as you want. Audio consistently good throughout for those curious
The Early Bird Dood it!: Few shots blurrier than others (likely alignment of two 35mms for best look), for one frame I swear I could see it fading into the original end card. Reissue music throughout
One Ham’s Family: All previous copies with heavy DVNR can be happily put to shame, PS
Happy Go Nutty: Originally done for V1, so is PS for sure!
Jerky Turkey: Very sharp and colorful, I suspect separations masters exist for this one, you will be wowed by this one
Dangerous Dan McGoo: Also likely from separation masters. Audio is also really good on this above that it stands out! Standout short having standout materials is a good combo
Swing Shift Cinderella: Opening lion looks darker than normal, but the later blue MGM title look inconsistent throughout. A whole different watch, possibly separation sourced (again). One might think it’s dark but it’s clear the palette itself is dark
Wild and Woolfy: Refer to thoughts on Dan McGoo. Wasn’t the biggest fan of this one until now, it’s great!
Northwest Hounded Police: Refer to thoughts on Swing Shift Cinderella, particularly the last line. Feels like a first time watch, it looked incredible
Slap Happy Lion: PS, back to normal color look, T&J end title card is still there, meaning no recreation edits were made, very good looking
King Sized Canary: Every copy I've seen on this short has looked pretty nice and this is no different, PS
What Size Fleadom: PS though audio sounded a little muffled in some bits (I did a check and it doesn’t appear to be Turner Audio though)
Little Tinker: Colors are much stronger and detailed, will feel like a better cartoon for those who have dismissed (I’ve always liked it anyway)
Senõr Droopy: Redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected, PS
Cock a Doodle Dog: Redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected, all copies before are clearly sourced from Metrocolor, making this another standout
Rock a Bye Bear: Redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected, possibly the best looking on this set, and crisp audio. Makes up happily for the terrible copy seen earlier in the year. Various cel levels in this one might make it seem like DVNR is present, though this is not the case
Little Johnny Jet: Upgrade from the DVD copy in color, image, and audio, PS
Billy Boy: Opening title might be from the MeTV copy (the only bit reusing Turner Audio too), otherwise redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected and very colorful, PS
Deputy Droopy: Redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected, PS
Cellbound: Redone from MeTV 2011-esque print as expected, PS

Reason: Added some additional for those wondering about titles and the fact my blu ray wasn't poorly encoded
