In Disney treasures Mickey Mouse in Black and White Volumes 1 and 2, there are music tracks that play in the main menu, but I can never find out what they are. They're ragtime, but that's as far as I can get.

Interestingly, I believe the European PAL DVD editions of the Mickey B&W volumes (which I have) dropped the menu music and only had silent menus.
