Without going into detail, it's a "Santa's leftover money" giveaway.

There are two voices, one of a kid, the other Santa, the latter sounding like Henry Corden as Fred Flintstone.

Santa says, "HO!"

Kid says something like, "Is that it, just 'ho'?"

Santa: "I'm scaling back... Ho-ho-ho, HO!"

The music in the background sounds like a line of the old jazz standard, "Ain't Misbehavin'."
