Does anyone have and is willing to share rips of those Jerry Beck garage sell DVDs of early Walter Lantz cartoons?

Can you specify what you mean by early? As in, his stuff at Bray, or at Winkler/the early Lantz Oswalds

I'm looking for his black and white stuff at Universal prior to Woody Woodpecker from 1929 to 1940: Oswald, Eenie Miny and Moe and all the one-shot cartoons.

Doesn't Jerry still sell them? I haven't checked with him in over a decade, but he has recently (well, sometime within last year) redisigned the Garage Sale website, suggesting that it is still active: cartoonresearch.com/index.php/cartoon-research-garage-sale/

Yes, Jerry is selling the discs again. I recommend buying them from him, I think the money goes to keep the site afloat

Does he sell only physical DVDs or also just the digital files in them? Because I'm not based in the US.

I'm pretty certain he sells only physical discs.
