I don't think I'm wrong but years ago I've seen versions on an Italian TV channel of "A Tale of Two Kitties" with more image on the left side and on the bottom side.
In particular, in "A Tale of Two Kitties" I remember the scene where Tweety is eating bird seed on the roof where you can see a box of bird seed on the left. In "Baby Bottleneck" you can see more of the ducks in the river.
How much we are losing of classic cartoons? Have you ever seen these?

Very little actually. The aspect ratio for the film is 1.37:1. When presented on TV and and DVD, it's cropped to 1.33:1 (standard 4:3 ratio). However Blu-Ray releases retain the 1.37:1 ratio.

The HBO-Max restoration for The Merry Old Soul has A LOT of cropping especially on the left and some on the top. It's really noticeable.

"A Tale of Two Kitties" misses the particular shot I've mentioned, you can't see the box of bird seed in that scene.
