Synopsis

There is a new tattoo parlor run by Sailor Dan. Tubby promises his friends that he will get a tattoo, but changes his mind after a biker runs out on getting one. After Lulu and Annie get tattoos, Tubby's friends force him to get one. This raises the ire of their parents.
