Just some notes about the special feature shorts:

Red Headed Baby is the redrawn version with color turned off Scrooge McDuck

Porky and Daffy and The Lone Stranger and Porky are colorized

Robin Hood Makes Good is in 720x240 linedoubled with frame drops at the end, resolution problem applies to The Lone Stranger and Porky

Re: Porky and Daffy, DVDCompare claims "Porky and Daffy" is only colorized on R2/4 releases of "Angels With Dirty Faces": http://www.dvdcompare.ne...risons/film.php?fid=6759

Received the Warner Archive blu of "42nd Street" recently and "Shuffle Off to Buffalo" looked amazing. It's the Golden Collection transfer but it looks a lot better without the DVD compression in spite of some minor print damage. "Young and Healthy" is still the 1995 "Dubbed Version" but the quality's decent for un-remastered SD. Quite a contrast between the presentations of the two cartoons. The usual "product of their time" disclaimer accompanies "Shuffle Off to Buffalo".

Thanks for that list.

Now that it's in that format, it'd be a nice idea adding the Japanese Tweety DVDs (they have restored prints), the Tex Avery special features and the Laserdisc releases.

I know you don't like the idea, so I could just do it myself another time.

Also, ...

I don't think the Tex Avery features include any LTMMS.

Anyway, added Golden Age of Looney Tunes releases.

You should also add the post 48 Looney Tunes LDs:
http://looney.goldenagec...DVDvideo/LD/laserwb.html
http://looney.goldenagec...video/LD/japanlaser.html

I'm digitizing all of them with an elite player, they look really good now.

The Tex Avery DVD shorts are Dangerous Dan McFoo, Of Fox and Hounds and Aviation Vacation. I can tell you because I own those DVDs.

Do you have the post 48s in release order? I'd rather have it by year instead of by disc.

No, but why would you need them in chronological order? You could follow the list on that link and highlight the shorts.

I could always make one.

Sadly not all the post 48 shorts were released.

Because it saves me from having to type out all names twice to see if they're listed in both lists.

List is here: http://looney.goldenagec...Dvideo/DVD/japandvd.html

These are all restored like the GC transfers.

Also, you guys were right. Porky and Daffy is in B&W in the Region 1 version of Angels with Dirty Faces and colored in the Region 2 and 4 version. Region 2 has frame blending.

OK, the Japanese Tweetys are added.

How far are you into digitizing the LDs?

I digitized almost anything not released on DVD which I don't have a better TV recording. I'm planning to digitize anything anyway.

I don't have Volume 5 of the MGM set because it's way too expensive and I don't have enough budget. I'm waiting to see a cheaper offer on the internet if I get lucky. If you can help me out, let me know.

I also didn't buy yet the Japanese sets, because they're very expensive, and they're also available in VCD format. I digitized the PAL VHS versions of them anyway.
