You're not going to believe what is about to happen; Disney...AND Shout! Factory (that's right!) are releasing the complete series of Gravity Falls on DVD and Blu-ray July 24th!:

According to someone who's working on the set, this is the only thing Disney sublicensed to Shout!, but he hopes if the set sells well, it will lead to more:

I hope it sells well. There's a certain prime-time show that Disney hasn't finished releasing sets yet that I would like Shout! Factory to complete.

I hope their contract with Shout will last long, so we can at least have complete sets of the remaining Disney Afternoon DVD releases. Talespin and Gargoyles are completed (except the 3rd season of Gargoyles since that was aired on ABC on Saturday mornings), but the others that were released on DVD haven't gotten their final volumes done yet. And there are still a lot of shows that they haven't released on DVD yet either.
