Not 100% sure on that one. It sorta sounds like "Keep Cool, Fool", but it's probably something else

Does anyone know what the theme used in the openings to Salt Water Tabby (1947), and Kitty Foiled (1948) is called?

I couldn't find anywhere to listen to it, unfortunately. It seemed to be first used in a live action short from 1937 called "Little Pioneer" but other than that, it was pretty much used exclusively in Looney Tunes shorts.
