First one is "Sittin' on a Backyard Fence" (WB, 1933).
Not sure about the second one.
The last two are from "The Cat's Out" (Disney, 1931).

Half of those pictures, these two in particular, are from the "Silly Symphony" The Cat's Out, from 1931. (Strangely, I was only able to recognize them from there from its page on the main site!)

Cat's Out is going in the "Good For Halloween" list.

That drippy skull has me fascinated. The ghost says Night on Bald Mountain, but the skull says Japan to me for some reason. Suspect that it was a full color animation originally.
