Looks like you forgot to put in the link. To me, this print looks like one of those 16mm rental ones.

Since were on the subject, here's a 16mm print of "Steamboat Willie": https://www.ebay.com/itm...d=p2047675.c100005.m1851

I have no idea if it's censored or not (maybe the former).

The information on that listing says it's "8 minutes long", so it's most likely an uncensored print.

If it is edited (all showings of Steamboat Willie prior to circa-1999 aired on television, shown in theaters, and screened in Disneyland's Main Street Cinema cut out either one or two of the "animal instrument" scenes), then I wouldn't be surprised; that's been the most accessible version of the short for less than 65 years now.

It would be prudent for a moderator to hide all of the posts regarding this auction until the auction has ended. It may not be as bad for a link to be posted here as on social media, but it's still a public forum and it would only take *one* bidder with sufficiently deep pockets to prevent Steve from getting it. The listing already shows 10 watchers; let's not make things worse than they have to be by advertising the auction here.

The two posts linking to the auction have been deleted. Please, if there's something especially valuable like this up for auction, tell it to someone like Steve privately. Don't post this stuff publicly, even on a sleepy little forum like this one. Just one rich person could make a film like this exponentially hard to get.

Thank you!
